Hire-Purchase Service

 
At present, Thitikorn (Public) Co., Ltd. (TK) and the group of companies which are C.V.A.
Co., Ltd. and Chayapak Co., Ltd. can offer hire-purchase service through 70 branches, which
cover more than 39 provinces in the country. TK will offer motorcycle hire-purchase in
BangkokMetropolitan Area and provincial area while Chayapak offers automobile
hire-purchase in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Group of companies has strong support by more than 250-experienced personnel.

that can offer loan to customers within 3 days for motorcycle and 7 days for automobile

Besides, the Group of companies also provides other additional services such as registration
renewal, purchase insurance policy, transfer of ownership. In the near future, TK and the Group
of companies have the plan to increase number of branches to serve more customers in different
area.

 

 

Advise for Hire-Purchase


  After the customer has granted the loan and took the vehicle, TK would like to recommend our
customer for necessary procedure for more conveniences as follows:

1.New customer can take registration plate, license and copy of owner’s book in 7 days but not
exceed 15 days after vehicle acceptance at contacted dealer.

2.After loan approval, TK will send Hire-purchase agreement to customers (counter party) together
with insurance acceptance letter (if any). Please verify all detail in the agreement to conform to
registration book and hire-purchase condition. Hire-purchase agreement will be sent to customer
within 45 days after the approval. If not receive, the customer can contact tel. no. 0-2310-7000
ext. 7143 for services in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. For provincial area, the customer can
contact directly to our branches.

3.Customer has the duty to make hire-purchase payment according to term stated in the
agreement, in case of late payment occurred, the penalty rate will be charged as legally allowed
(Customer Protection Law) based on actual late payment period. TK will be the collector for such
amount in the next billing period.

4.Customer will receive the invoice and payment form prior to first payment and/or payment after
on regular basis. If the customer does not receive such form or late receive, please contact Call

** For provincial area, the customer can contact directly to our branches.
5.Repayment of unpaid or late payment will be charged collection fee of not more than 200 Baht
for each payment period for motorcycle and not more than 500 Baht for automobile. Therefore,
such payment will be deducted collection fee first and the rest will be paid for the unpaid amount
according to hire-purchase term. If customer can not make the payment, please contact Call center
at tel. No. 0-2310-7000 ext. 7106,7160,7161,7014-5,7130-9 for services in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. For provincial area,
the customer can contact directly to our branches.

6. The payment customer can be made through various channel such as:
          6.1 Pay cash at the headquarter of company 41 branches, which cover more than 32
                provinces in the country.
          6.2 Pay cash at commercial bank in list payment slip.
          6.3 At ATM of Krungthai Bank , Kasikorn Bank.
          6.4 At Internet website of Bankok Bank, Kasikorn Bank.
          6.5 At Automatic Telephone System of Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank.
          6.6 Pay cash at Counter Service in the country.
          6.7 Pay cash at Tesco Lotus in the country.

 

 

Advise for Payment and Service



7. Customer needs to verify and keep all payment documents and receipts. In case that the
payment made through our officer, the customer needs to verify the identification of such officer
or contact Call center during work hours for all information needed.

8. In case that new customer can receive the transferred agreement from previous owner if he/she
is qualified by our conditions, please contact us for more information.

9. In case that all payments has completely made as the term in Hire-purchase agreement,customer
can request for transfer of ownership by use various document as follows:
